Refund and Cancellation


Booking Policy
To confirm your holidays with us you will need to pay 50% cost of the total holiday package. We will send you an e-voucher as a token of registration for your holidays with Dreamcatcher Adventure.
The remaining 50% of the tour cost must be paid before your tour starts. You can pay on the spot when you arrive.

Cancellation Policy
i) Cancellations done 75-days prior to the trip date will qualify for a 50% refund (of the total package cost) after deducting bank/credit card charges if applicable. Thereafter, the refund shall be made as follows:
ii) 25% refund (of the total package cost) if canceled 30-days before the trip.
iii) 100% Cancellation charge if canceled 30-days of travel/postponement of the trip or on "No-Show".

Refund Timeline
We will hurry when it comes to the refund/repayment of your canceled trip. The average timeline is 5-7 days.

IMPORTANT
If you are unable to complete the trek due to bad weather or illness/injury or any other natural calamity – the money will not be refunded.
